Description:
We've been invited to Aldersly’s Tivoli Festival. They ask that we all arrive no later than 9:00 AM so they can show us where to drop our items and be ready for the event to start at 10:00 AM. Please be set up and dressed by 10:00 AM, because we will give two presentations for the visitors. Our presentations are scheduled to be at approximately 11:10 AM and 1:45 PM.

Parking:
Parking is limited in their parking lot and in the area. They will assign two spots for The Vikings of Bjornstad. Jack gets one, sorry. Arrange to carpool or be prepared to park a couple of blocks away. If you need to unload lots of equipment, please use the Belle Ave. entrance (which is uphill from the community) and then park.

Green Room:
We will get one empty apartment for us to dress in and to keep our extra stuff safe.

Presentation:
We will have an 8' by 12' stage on the upper lawn and a microphone for our presentations. Jack will provide a brief introduction of the group and the Viking Age. Then, each member will briefly describe their "persona" (occupation, really) as a Viking. Jack will wrap up the presentation. Anything we can do to provide noise and action will be a plus, since there will be children in the audience. We'll try to demonstrate a few combat moves in the limited space available.

Display:
We will have two tables on the lower lawn for our display. Bring your most impressive (and compact) stuff. Shade may be an issue, so we may be doing some moving, as necessary. During our presentation, they will have people to watch our table display while we are onstage on the upper lawn.

Food:
Aldersly will provide food for Bjornstad as part of our appearance at the Tivoli Festival.
